Cape May - To Lower Twp. board of education. Why do you let elementary, kindergarten, and pre-k kids cross a two lane or four lane highway to get on the bus? Middle Township would never do this! Every child gets picked up at their home and would never be allowed to cross a street or highway, parental guidance or not! Every day I witness this. I find it disturbing and an accident waiting to happen!
