Villas - Responding to the pit bull complainer. Make the phone call youself to animal control and the police and they always respond. I have called about a dog on my block on New York and they not only issued summons but have patrolled the street every week to make sure the fence was repaired. If you don't make the phone call, don't complain. If someone says its a waste of time, they are too lazy to make the call. I followed up with the court just to make sure a summons was issued and I wasn't given lip service. The lady officer was wonderful. I believe her name was Wendy. Dog loose, make the call!
