West Wildwood - I read the spout off complaining about a trashy property on Glenwood Avenue. Yes, It is a terrible mess and it should be cleaned up. Easy solution, have the municipal code enforcement official inspect that property, that is his job! If the property meets planning and zoning regulations and a mercantile license exists for the business; then it is OK. If the property is in violation, cite the property owner and legally force the property to meet code, just like any of the neighbors living with that mess would be required to do.
