Swainton - School districts could save a lot of money by sharing 1 superintendent. Lower, Middle, & Dennis could easily do that. Some districts could be consolidated, like the Wildwoods. Some schools should be closed, like the Coastal Prep HS and the DCF school, the their students absorbed by nearby districts.
