Can someone please explain why Domino's is allowed to stay open

North Cape May - Can someone please explain why Domino's is allowed to stay open until 12 or 1 o'clock when all the other pizza places have to close by 8. These are mom and pop shops that are closing when they are supposed to but the big companies can stay open. Is Domino's a essential business? Help the small time businesses!
