Is the entire Public Works department working everyday in Avalon

Avalon - Is the entire Public Works department working everyday in Avalon? I see truck after truck all day long. I thought we are supposed to be flattening the curve to stop this pandemic, not accelerating it. At least they sent the Municipal Hall employees home. Maybe Public Works should follow the lead of other surrounding towns and make schedule adjustments for the safety of their employees? I'm sure the employees would rather be safe than make an extra couple bucks for working in a hazardous condition. If they even are getting paid any extra.
