Why aren't shoppers required to wear hand gloves?

Stone Harbor - Why aren't shoppers required to wear hand gloves? Its shocking to see so many opening doors, touching computer screens & products, etc bare handed. The stores are allowed to be open need to protect shoppers. "No shoes, no shirt, no gloves: no service." Require gloves.
