West Cape May - There is a lot of nasty back and forth between those year round residents and the second home owners. It's no surprise how stress effects us and gives rise to finger-pointing or worse. I recommend that while we stay at home we all watch the classic Twilight Zone episode, "The Monsters are Due on Maple Street". It's very telling.
