Why not convert all shopping to pick up only?

Town Bank - Why not convert all shopping to pick up only? Most stores already offer this service and delivery too! It would significantly cut back on social gathering based on shopping. People can still get the items they need and risk standing in line while other’s are coughing or even asymptomatic of this virus. Why not?
