To the spouter complaining about paying $7,000 a year in propert

Rio Grande - To the spouter complaining about paying $7,000 a year in property taxes. They feel that mobile homeowners do not pay their fair share of property tax. They claim they have a friend who lives in a mobile home and pays no property tax. Said friend pays $200 a year in lieu of taxes. I live in a mobile home and I pay $6,156 a year in lot rent. The reason I don't pay property tax is because I don't own said property. Property tax is payed by the owner of said property. Taxpayers do not, in anyway, subsidize mobile homeowners.
