Court House - To the spouter whose friend lives in a mobile home park and pays $200 a year. I also live in a very nice park, have a brand new, two-bed, two-bath home, and pay $510 a month. Why? I don't have taxes, or water and sewer bills that keep going up. I don't need flood insurance when I never had water near my house. For what your friend pays, they must live in a tent.
