Cape May - Re: city public works vehicles and employees. I've followed them around town from Cove to Poverty, then to the Harbor and Wawa - two in a truck - same pattern daily - apparently doing nothing. We need some oversight of that department, to control cost and the utter waste of taxpayers' money.
