They believe that no other training is available. Really? How did they receive training? If it were not for EMS boosting run stats, people would see the waste. Also, if Wildwood simply offered a decent incentive, more would volunteer. But why should they when the paid department feels so emboldened? Outsource EMS to AMR and close paid department.
