Wildwood - I read in a recent spout that our Wildwood Firemen average over $85,000/year. The average salary for a Philadelphia fireman is $58,000/year. Isn't Wildwood a smaller seasonal town and maybe has 3,500 full-time residents? Also, you never read about the salaries and cost of benefits that our expanding police department are receiving in our tiny town. Is this information classified or can the taxpayers see where their money is spent? No wonder you see the residents moving out and leaving so many abandon homes. Freeze the salaries before the town is deserted.
