What's up with the dump trucks, all day long, speeding down Paci

Wildwood - What's up with the dump trucks, all day long, speeding down Pacific Ave. recently? They always speed on that road, but it's definitely more than usual. No, I don't have a radar gun. It is quite obvious they are going way over 25 mph with the way they are hitting the potholes and shaking the buildings.
