I don’t get it.

Stone Harbor - I don’t get it. Stone Harbor won’t allow anyone to fly drones except for the borough? Why can’t us pilots fly them? Yes, I know the banner planes flyover in the afternoon, but can’t we fly them after they fly over or before? I also don’t get why we can’t fly them for fun. I’m not going to be paying a $500-$1000 fine if I get caught flying one. I want to expand my photography, and I can’t fly it at home, because I live right outside DC. Stone Harbor would be the only place I’d be able to fly if it weren’t for these rules!
