Avalon - I saw that about a quarter of millennials have no faith in business leaders. About three quarters of millennials would trade off pay for a more sociably responsible employer. The millennials are right. I prefer business leaders that pay more than lip service to buy-in and I prefer a stakeholder model that is not a bunch of bull. Moreover no one should have to make less for their employers to do good. US businesses ignore these trends at their peril
