North Wildwood - Local governments across New Jersey are considering more than 770 shared-services agreements this year. State officials hope these initiatives will lead to some cost savings — and even translate into lower property taxes for residents. It is long overdue for all the "Wildwoods" fiefdoms to merge and end the history waste and patronage at the expense of homeowners.
