North Cape May - I have to agree with a spouter. How can Lower Township have administered 170 doses of Narcan for people overdosing on heroin and not one report in any newspapers. Is it being kept a secret? They should be making a plan and let the people know what they are doing to combat it now that the cat is out of the bag.
