Lower Township - I am handicapped, and still tarp my leaves out with the help of my walker, while the two transplant neighbors across the street were doing their yard clean up. I caught one cross the street with their twigs and branches and put them in my pile of leaves, while they had their own pile of leaves. I am about 25 years their senior and disabled. I would have to pull that stuff out of the pile of leaves. People need to be mindful that it's not all about them.
