What is the rule for a Board of Education posting its agenda?

North Cape May - What is the rule for a Board of Education posting its agenda? Shouldn’t it be posted prior to the meeting for the public to review, so they can ask appropriate questions during the meeting? Lower Township Elementary School had a meeting Nov. 26. As of Dec. 1, the agenda for that meeting has not been posted, and the approved minutes from the October meeting have not been posted either. What are they hiding?
