North Cape May - I don't see any "No Littering" signs posted with fines anymore. I grew up in the 60s and 70s, and I remember before "No Littering" and after. Everything was cleaned up. Even the air and the bay. But I have noticed a lot of trash lately. I hope we don't go backwards.
