Sea Isle City - Condo living 101: If you can't be considerate of those living underneath you, maybe you shouldn't live in a condo. The people upstairs have been bullies since we moved in. Opening the garage door at unreasonable hours, sometimes just to throw a can away, is impolite. They have woken my children up on summer vacations and on weekends during the school year. The list goes on. Has anyone else experienced impolite neighbors, and what were your solutions?
