If an elected body had a public meeting, such as the county free

Lower Township - If an elected body had a public meeting, such as the county freeholder caucus meeting, shouldn’t the minutes of such a meeting be public and posted, like their regular meeting minutes? Apparently, business is being discussed and voted upon at the caucus meetings and then made public. Does anyone know what the early education center is? Is it a county run daycare? Who will be able to use the early education center, and are the taxpayers paying for it?
