Avalon - Work began with a full crew on a construction project on my block at 8 a.m. Oct. 6. I guess most of those guys work other places during the week where Sunday construction is not permitted. If the police drove down my street, they would have seen it, but you can’t see things when you are busy with speed traps in the middle of October.
