I saw a new piece of equipment being delivered to North Wildwood

North Wildwood - I saw a new piece of equipment being delivered to North Wildwood Public Works. Sometime last year, the city bonded $9 million for building and grounds, along with equipment. Is that new piece of equipment included in that bond? If not, where did the money come from and is it leased or owned? There are an awful lot of new trucks being driven around. The $9 million seems to be buying quite a lot, but how many years are the taxpayers paying on that? If the city is leasing equipment, what good is that, unless the monies are being used elsewhere. Sounds like an audit is needed.
