Court House - It must be nice to have a union job at the DRBA, and be so narcissistic that if a non-union member (casual part-time employee) is somehow better at their job than you and tries to go for a full-time position, someone finds any way to push them out when they speak up and defended being mistreated verbally. You have to realize that people are getting very fed up with being mistreated when all they want to do is work and provide for their family. The political stuff has to come to an end. Maybe they need to look within and start micro managing their own supervisors, instead of the non-union members.
