Can anything be done about the house on the corner of 99th Stree

Stone Harbor - Can anything be done about the house on the corner of 99th Street and Second Ave.? The lot is covered with weeds and the awning is broken as well as a broken window. It is apparently empty and an open invitation to squatters. People walk and drive by and can’t believe the town does not act to clean it up.
