Ocean City - I read that a pedestrian who walked in front of a car was issued a citation for failing to obey the pedestrian crossing signal. Bravo to Ocean City Police Department. It has been a miracle that dozens have not been killed or injured this summer, the way they walk out into the street expecting that drivers saw them and will stop.
