Stone Harbor needs to put a Class I officer at all four corners

Stone Harbor - Stone Harbor needs to put a Class I officer at all four corners of 96th Street and Ocean Drive. The amount of tickets for jaywalking would easily pay their salaries. Countless times I have had a green turn arrow and when I proceed to turn people walk right in front of my vehicle in the crosswalk. I have no problem yielding but when there is a flashing sign that shows don't walk, they shouldn't cross. Start ticketing the offenders and it will stop. Either the borough doesn't want to uphold the law or is it they just don't want to upset the tourists? I would get ticketed for not yielding to them.
