Why do we need immigration reform?

Avalon - Why do we need immigration reform? We have procedures and policies in place that address immigration. It’s only a problem now because those from Mexico and Central America have come here in droves and overwhelmed our system. I believe this was planned and encouraged by elements within our country. We should not be spending $4 billion for new facilities. They should just be given a number and sent back to Mexico to wait. We already have 20 million illegals and we’re $22 trillion in debt.
