Villas - Drivers say, ad nauseum, that bicyclists don't "obey the rules of the road." Well, what about cars that don't obey the rules? In my experience riding on Bayshore Road this summer, it's drivers who don't know the rules. When a pedestrian or a bike is in the crosswalk, they have the right of way, that's the law. Lower Twp. should put up signs like those on Broadway in West Cape May to educate drivers about "the rules of the road."
