Avalon - We paid our taxes. So high considering that 95% of the homeowners are only here 10 weeks of the year. With all of the huge homes, which by the way are usually way too big for the lots they sit on, paying more and more taxes each year, how can Avalon keep raising all of our property taxes? I looked at the budget, and Avalon pays enormous legal fees. Lots and lots of waste.
