Villas - There are numerous posts about absentee landlords and the lack of politicians taking a proactive position. What steps have you taken to correct the issues that are impacting your quality of life? Have you called the township? Are there visible code issues related to the property, and have you reported these? More than likely you haven't. I have called the police on issues related to a renter/nuisance, called code enforcement on two properties with one in-person visit to the township building since July 1, and another department on another. All have been resolved except one as of Sept. 25.
