Sea Isle City - What is up with the police reluctance to enforce the rule for “no bikes on the promenade?” There are at least 50 to 70 bikes on the promenade every night ... not only kids but adults who disregard the rule. No police intervention ... I actually saw a policeman riding his bike on the promenade. Another lawsuit coming if an injury occurs.
