You live in a clean, safe town with a beautiful beach, bay, parks etc. I'm from Philadelphia and I visit every year. Try living in the real world where just about nobody, especially in City Hall, cares about your silly problems. I read your spouts and it just makes me laugh. You're so spoiled.
