Dennis Township - It's quite simple. Anyone who kills people they don't know has something wrong morally and mentally. It usually starts with insects and animals when they are young and, if overlooked, can lead to larger targets. I would have a real hard time believing the killers' parents didn't fail to instill a sense of compassion in their kids. Unfortunately I see parents so disconnected with their kids on such a regular basis I would expect more pain. This will take years if not generations to turn around. If you can't or won't raise a child to be a caring person, use birth control.
