Rio Grande - I live on Old Rio Grande Ave. We had our house up for sale this spring and could not sell it. The reason being unkempt properties. We were told this by the people who showed interest in our cute little house. I contacted Middle Township code enforcer a few years ago and nothing. Very sad.
