North Cape May - I want to thank the young officer, Kara, from Shore Animal Control who came out to scan a cat which wandered into my yard. The poor thing had been missing for over a month from a neighbor and she was able to scan the cat and return her. I am very grateful to have such a wonderful service for the animals here in Lower Township.
