Erma - I had a major accident on the Parkway July 28. Yes, I was the yellow truck. I want to thank all of the people who rushed over to make sure I was OK. All of you were so wonderful and kept me calm while waiting for the police and ambulance.
Thank you to the state troopers who arrived on scene, the firemen, and especially the EMTs. Every one of you was extraordinary and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. My seat belt saved my life. Except for being banged up and bruised, a cracked rib, and a slight concussion, I'm so happy to be alive. Please wear your seat belt.
