Cape May - There should be a law that bicycle riders are not allowed to wear headphones when riding bikes. It's bad enough that they disobey the laws riding up one-way streets and not stopping at red lights, but most can't hear cars when they dart out between cars. These places renting bikes should tell them the rules before they rent bikes to them. It's bad enough the cops watch them do it.
