Wildwood Crest - For the Crest spouter who was upset that the street sweeper did not stop for him: Did he ever think that stopping may create a problem with the sweeping process? That the sweepers always take long runs? Since the spouter obviously was not run over, I guess he made out just fine. That's why this new pedestrian law is so wrong. People forget that they should stop, look and listen before crossing a street. Removing responsibility to do that is a recipe for disaster. Look left, look right, then look left again and cross if clear. Don't walk in front of street sweepers.
