Court House - Cape Regional Medical Center was granted permission to convert their grass corner lot on Route 9 and Orbit Drive to a temporary dusk-to-dawn, 16-spot parking lot. The parking is a 35-plus lot with no vegetation. If the municipality approved 16 spots, why are there over 35 spots? The previous lot was a beautiful grass lot but is now an eyesore.
