I was out for my morning walk before heading over to the farmer'

Stone Harbor - I was out for my morning walk before heading over to the farmer's market July 7. It was 7 a.m. and I had to use the bathroom. Much to my surprise, the bathrooms by the water tower weren't open. I don't understand why, in a community with a lot of morning bikers and walkers, they don't see it necessary to have the public bathrooms open sooner. Where do you stop to use the bathroom? There aren't even port-a-potties available as an option.
