There is a large dredge anchored in the busy waterway just south

Wildwood Crest - There is a large dredge anchored in the busy waterway just south of the Schooner Island Marina and north of Ephraim Island. This dredge has not operated in well over a year. It is poorly lit at night. Not only is it a threat to marine navigation, but it is also an eyesore.
Can't something be done to have the owner of this dredge move it to a location safer and more appropriate for inactive marine equipment?
