Wildwood / Haverford - The Wildwood Boardwalk is a haven for underage kids to buy drug paraphernalia. You can sit anywhere along the boards and watch children go into these places and buy e-cigs or bowls with no ID required. Any age. The police and inspectors simply walk by and wave to the owners. Every day, kids flock to these places that plainly display that stuff, just like they do in AC. Where is the town on this issue? Do the officials not walk the boardwalk?
