Wildwood - Did we just witness an arrest by the Wildwood PD that may have prevented a mass shooting? A person with a Carbine Rifle and loaded ammunition near the boardwalk; a person who was heavily smoking marijuana was there to do exactly what? A follow up report in the Herald would be revealing.
