Lower Township - How does it make fiscal sense for a school district to take on a pretty expensive sport like football when the district laid off seven teachers/aides? I thought education is paramount. Add to the payroll at least four more paid positions, equipment purchases, added insurance, bus travel in excess of two hours, a training staff, plus have no games scheduled in concrete. What a waste of taxpayer money. Somebody "fumbled" the ball.
