Court House - About a third of the dogs entering U.S. shelters are pit bulls. About a million of them are euthanized every year. Please do not breed your pit bull. The Cape May County Animal Shelter has a program to alter these dogs free for the next month. Be kind; have your pit bull altered. Encourage your friends to do the same. Not only will it save lives and taxpayer dollars, but being altered will extend the life of your dog, reduce their cancer risk and help them not to roam. Do it today.
