Sea Isle City - If you own a home in a municipality you should be able to vote in the local elections, otherwise it is no different than the early colonists who rallied against the British for "Taxation without Representation." To live under this archaic system whereby if a home is not your full time residency you can't have a say in how your town is governed, doesn't seem to conform to our American principles of elected representation. If you are forced to pay taxes to a municipality you should be able to vote in that town.
